🌟LIFTing into the New Year🌟 You need to lift weights! Full stop. Skeletal muscle is the organ of longevity. (Don't believe us? Check out this podcast with Dr. Gabrielle Lyon and Erin Holt). Loss of muscle mass, strength and function starts at age 30 at a rate of 3-8% per decade and increases after the age of 60. How can we slow that roll?
