3 Things To Do

  1. Register in advance and reserve a spot for your first class. Remember to share it to your calendar.
  2. Pack up. You’ll want some workout clothes that you won’t mind getting [very] sweaty, a bath or beach towel, your mat and something to drink. Bring some dry clothes for after class.
  3. Give yourself about 10-15 minutes before class starts to meet your teacher, find your way around and get settled.

There are four different kinds of classes (original hot yoga (26 and 2), inferno hot pilates, Baptiste power flow, and yin) and they are complementary to each other. You can pick and choose what you go to and when. If you go to all four, you will get strength, cardio, stretching, flexibility and moving meditation. There are classes every day from 6 am to 6:30 pm. Say hello to your new go-to! This no chop, protein packed, 5 min prep meal was an instant hit and we had to share. 💥 

1 small box orzo 
1 box of Boursin cheese*
2-3 qts of cherry tomatoes
2-3 good handfuls of spinach
Aprx 2 1/2 cups of broth
4 chicken thighs**
Salt and pepper to taste 

*feel free to sub in feta (I think I preferred it!)
** rotisserie chicken would work great here instead, Scotty! 

Cook for about 40 mins at 365 - pull it out mix and all around (shred chicken here if you used thighs) throw some parm on top - I add a little more spinach here put back in for about 10 mins. 

***disclaimer- I’m a terrible cook and cannot take credit for this recipe- it popped up on the IG and I tried it! You should probably cover it to cool for the first hunk of time but I never do. So that might speed up the process.
