Do this before any workout you do.  While we may not have a name for it - we call it lungey thing - We use it all the time in classes. 

It works stability and coordination. It hits hip flexors, glutes and rotation. It’s a better way to warm up than just stretching because you get to train your hips to move and stabilize through different ranges.

Save it. Remember it. Do it!
