Typically cat/cow is 1 movement 1 breathe. Used a lot at the beginning of a yoga class. It’s a great way to start to warm up and connect with our bodies and breath.

As we shift our focus to the spine this month we slow it wayyyy down.  Articulated cat cow is a great way to start to asses our spines - where we can move- where’s it tough to move. Go slow and see how many of your vertebra you can move. When you want to speed up- see if you could slow down. Pay attention to what the feedback is telling you. 

Fun thing to do is take a video of yourself@moving through both directions now and at the end of the month.
