Posture & Functional Range Conditioning Tips
Shakira knows it… HIPS don’t lie! This month it’s all about internal hip rotation. Join us for our BYUV Yoga and/or Fusion classes where we’ll concentrate on working those ever-important hips throughout the month. A few benefits of Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs):
- Decrease inflammation;
- Maintain outer ranges of motion; and,
- Maintain joint health ability to assess joints.
