New Class! Strictly Strength We're kicking off a new class this fall! Everyone has something to gain from resistance training and improving joint strength, control and capacity, but not everyone is into the party vibe of our high intensity weights classes. Strictly Strength combines our love of Kinstretch and Weights to create a workout that offers a unique and impactful experience.
