💕Self Care & Self Love💕
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, we want to take a minute to talk about Self Care and Self Love.
Self Care includes activities that we do (or don’t do!) to improve our well-being, boost our mood and reduce stress levels. Like regular car maintenance or weeding a garden, these things help us run smoothly and grow. Some examples are exercise, eating healthy foods, spending time in nature, getting enough quality sleep, mindfulness activities like meditation and journaling, and spending quality time with those you love.
Self Love is a state of appreciation for ourselves that sprouts from our self care actions. The key is to find what works for you and make it a regular part of your routine.
During this month we want to know, what does Self Care look like for you? Take a picture of yourself taking a class or a walk, getting a haircut or a main-pedi, snuggling with your dog or cat and post to social media with the tags #thestudiouv, #selflove and get 25% off your next purchase!
Black History Month
It’s Black History Month, an important time to honor, amplify and celebrate the triumphs of Black people throughout US history.
We’re thrilled to spotlight JAG Productions and Founder/Artistic Director Jarvis Green. JAG serves as an Artistic Sanctuary for Black Creatives in the American Theatre. They catalyze compassion, empathy, love, and community through the lens of the Black experience. It is commendable that JAG Productions is actively working towards promoting empathy and compassion through the arts, and creating a safe space for Black artists to express their creativity and tell their stories. Celebrating Black history and recognizing the contributions of the Black community is crucial in fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.
For the month of February, we’re donating 100% of late fee/no show charges to JAG. We’re proud to be JAG Ambassadors!

Move your neck! The cervical spine has 7 vertebrae…get in there and keep them healthy, hydrated and mobile. Remember as you move through your CARs never push through or into pain. Create enough space to move through smoothly and move slow – slower even than this video!
