It’s our busy season- That means NO more doubles!* Students signed up for two classes in one day will be taken out of both classes. This gives everyone a chance to get into class and is also kind, respectful and inclusive of others in our community. Hey, those are some our Core Values! Speaking of Core Values, this month we’re highlighting Authenticity.
Pro Tip- If you’re not taking a day off, you’re unlikely to see the fitness gains you’re looking for. In short, our bodies need rest to build muscle and recover. More about that in our full newsletter along with information on our Inferno Weights & The Heavy classes.

Upcoming Holiday Classes
Our Winter & Holiday Schedules are ready! On Sundays this winter, we’ll have two Inferno Hiit classes (@7am for 45m and 10am for 60m) and an OHY at 8:30am.
We’ll have two classes for ya on Christmas Eve in the morning only, two morning classes on Christmas Day(!), and three classes on the 26th. Please check our schedule for NYE changes!

Have you every noticed that our schedule alternates higher intensity classes with lower intensity ones? This is BY DESIGN! And each class is unique to the Studio. We’re constantly crafting and testing out classes in order to bring you the best fitness opportunities. Each complimentary class is built to get you feeling your best and working effectively towards a healthy body & mind for a lifetime.
FRC & Anatomy Focus of the Month
It’s the Morning CAR routine brought to you by FULL Body Focus for the month. Grab your morning tea or coffee and follow along as we take you through 15 minutes of self care. These easy mobility exercise take just 15 minutes. They get all your joints moving in their full capacity to reduce inflammation, improve strength & body awareness, and to simply feel fantastic!
CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) are a great warm up for classes, they’re also a perfect way to move your joints & muscles while traveling or on the go, and they’re especially effective for rehabbing. Your circles don’t have to be big, in fact, its best to move within your capacity for that particular joint. Keep in mind that you’re also laying down stronger messaging in the circuit from brain to body and back again.
Our Weight Classes & Resting
At the Studio we have two types of classes that utilize weights; Inferno Weights and The Heavy. Inferno Weights is a dynamic, fun class structured in Hiit format. The Heavy, aptly named, utilizes heavier weights and more dynamic moves to build strength and fitness. We recommend The Heavy for those looking to make gains in strength, as well as women in peri-menopause & menopause in order to counteract age-related muscle and bone loss. How often should you lift? Well, this is definitely by individual, but generally we recommend 2-3 times per week with built in active (ie yoga, Kinstretch) and passive rest days.
Lifting and don’t feel like you’re getting stronger? Rest is the butter to your weights bread! It’s when your body builds muscle and cycles out waste. If you’re exhausted or like you’re not making progress make sure you’re fueling right and add in 1-2 rest days a week.

Notes From the Front Desk
To ensure that we give as many clients as possible have an opportunity to take classes, please refrain from signing up in advance for more than one class a day.
Friendly reminder, visitors must create their own Mindbody account to sign up for classes. We have Drop In options, Student, and Out of Towner passes available.
Keep an eye on emails, texts and our Instagram page for inclement weather cancellations. If you believe there’s a chance that you will not make it to class due to weather conditions, please cancel your spot ahead of time (3 hours before the start of class).
