HYDRATION

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! We hear this all the time, but it’s easy to forget why hydration is so important until we’re feeling the affects of whah, whah dehydration. Here’s few good reasons to stay hydrated. Hydration;
-supports body temperature regulation
-aids in digestion & waste elimination
-enhances physical performance and boosts cognitive function
-supports joint & skin health
Overall, water is involved in countless bodily processes including cellular functions & nutrient transport. Don’t feel like drinking plain old H20? We’re sharing some delicious mocktail recipes right here and on our Socials this month.

Mule Mocktail

FRC FOCUS: KNEES, ANKLES AND FEET

Pain no more!

Let’s move around pain free with happy knees, ankles and feet. What’s the key to those common aches & pains? JOINT MOBILITY. We ain’t strong where we can’t move. And when something hurts the inclination is to not move it. That may have it’s place and time, but prolonged immobility doesn’t get us back to doing the things we want to do!

ENTER KINSTRETCH, the class where you can assess, expand and strengthen your joints. Join us Weds at noon for this incredible class. Can’t make it? We’ve got you covered! You can access our remote class library or check out our FRC blog for free & easy joint mobility exercises.

Core Value: COMMUNITY

Community is one of our 5 Core Values:
Celebrating the diverse places we arrive from with a shared purpose to feel
better.
We’ve got so much love for our community. You’re at the heart of what we do every day! An especially big thank you for your patience, kind words, and support as we navigated the recent water damage situation. Now let’s celebrate through connection on our mats, in the hot room, and by doing the work we know benefits us all and ripples out into our broader communities.
