Posture & Functional Range Conditioning Tips

This month our functional movement focus is hip extension- critical to walking with a properly aligned pelvis, all back bending postures, lunges, squats, all table-top exercises, etc. Please watch and try this video a few times and share your thoughts and what you experienced!

Start off the new year with a weekly commitment to yourself! Our Sunday Fundays are back, including round two of our popular Intro to Inversions Workshop on January 23. No pre-requisite to join us. Come get upside down and have some fun!

  • 1/16 90-min OHY @ 4:30 PM with Jules
  • 1/23 90-min Intro to Inversions: Part II (No prerequisite required). Join us for a 90-minute class, the second in a multi-part series, suitable for any curious yogis looking to get upside down! We will spend time warming up our bodies with a flow before workshopping headstands, forearm stands, shoulder stands, weaving in some posture breakdowns– you have to break it down to build it up!
