Community! Whether you’re a believer or not, there’s some kind of magic to group fitness. It’s been around a long time, but this type of community building that we have a the Studio is certainly unique. This month we’re highlighting our Community Core Value AND celebrating 100 Years of Black History Month.
We’re also taking a deep dive on our signature The Yoga class and marking Valentine’s with a little ‘treat yourself’ 25% off sale.
Got some funky feet, or an ankle or knee out of whack? This month we’re focusing mobilizing & strengthening those lower limb joints in Kinstretch and our yoga classes for the entire month!
Come for the classes, come for the heat, and keep coming back to for this community.
CORE VALUE: COMMUNITY
Community Core Value: Celebrating the diverse places we arrive from with a shared purpose to feel better.
Along these lines, we want our community to know that we are heartbroken by what is happening in our country right now.
As a small service-based business, we believe deeply in the power of movement and community—especially in moments like this. For that reason, we will continue to be open, holding space to move, connect, and be together.
In solidarity, we will be contributing all January late fees to Vermont Immigration Legal Defense Fund.
FRC FOCUS: KNEES, ANKLES, FEET
Knees, ankles, and feet- oh my! Let’s get to work on those lower limb joints. Just like regular car maintenance, our joints need a little work to run smoothly and keep us trucking. Strong knees, ankles and feet can help with everything from how you feel in your body to training for that half marathon. Bulletproof your knees, strengthen those ankles and get mobility back to those toes at Kin and other classes this month!
You can also incorporate joint mobility at home with our Kinstretch/FRC Library. This month check out some of our faves: Ankle CARs, Knee CARs and Toe CARs.
CLASS HIGHLIGHT: THE YOGA
Discover a practice that goes beyond the ordinary. This class seamlessly blends the energizing rhythm of flow yoga, the functional focus of mobility training, and the steady calm of hatha, all in one dynamic experience.
The Yoga is an intentional mix designed to work in multiple ways: improve strength and flexibility, support joint health, and leave you feeling refreshed.
Find The Yoga on the schedule Mondays at 9am, Thursdays at 6am, and Saturdays at 8:30am.
